摘要
目的探讨老年冠心病抑郁状态患者血浆白细胞介素-17浓度的变化。方法选择38例老年冠心病抑郁状态患者做为研究对象,同时以30例老年冠心病非抑郁状态患者为对照组,采用夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)浓度。结果①老年冠心病抑郁状态组患者血浆IL-17高于对照组([341.72±134.28)pg/mL、(214.33±82.51)pg/mL,P<0.01];②老年冠心病抑郁状态患者中,急性冠脉综合征组较稳定型心绞痛组血浆IL-17浓度明显增高([382.17±165.35)pg/mL,(305.47±119.75)pg/mL,P<0.01]。③老年冠心病轻-中度抑郁状态患者及重度抑郁状态患者血浆IL-17明显高于对照组[分别为(310.27±138.25)pg/mL,(395.42±158.75)pg/mL,(214.33±82.51)pg/mL,P<0.05],且重度抑郁状态组高于轻-中度抑郁状态组(P<0.05)。④老年冠心病抑郁状态组血浆IL-17浓度与抑郁评分呈正相关(r=0.674,P<0.05)。结论IL-17在老年冠心病抑郁状态的发病机理中可能起重要的作用。
【Objective】To evaluate the level of IL-17 in plasma of aging coronary heart disease patients with depressive status.【Methods】The concentration of IL-17 in plasma was analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 68 patients who were divided into two groups,i.e.depressive status group(n=38) and un-depressive status group(n=30).【Results】① Concentrations of IL-17 were significantly higher in aging depressive status patients with coronary heart disease than those of the control group [(341.72±134.28) pg/mL,(214.33±82.51) pg/mL,P0.05).② In depressive status group,the levels of IL-17 in patients with acute coronary syndrome were higher than those in stable angina patients [(382.17±165.35) pg/mL,(305.47±119.75) pg/mL,P0.05).③ Concentrations of IL-17 in aging coronary heart disease patients with minor to moderate and major depressive status were significantly higher than those of non-depressive status patients [(310.27±138.25) pg/mL,(395.42±158.75) pg/mL,(214.33±82.51) pg/mL,P0.05),the concentrations of IL-17 of coronary heart disease patients in major depressive status were higher than that of aging patients with minor to moderate depressive status(P0.05).④The concentration of IL-17 was positively correlated with the scores of depression(r=0.674,P0.05).【Conclusion】Interleukin-17 may play a role in the mechanism of aging coronary heart disease with depression.
