内皮依赖性血管舒缩与动脉粥样硬化 被引量:3

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种多因素疾病。公认的重要危险因子有高血脂、高血压、糖尿病等。近年来同型半胱氨酸也被认为是一种独立的致动脉粥样硬化危险因子。虽然经过了百余年的研究,AS的发病机理仍未完全明了。有关动脉粥样硬化的学说往往强调某一方面?.. The association of atherosclerosis with abnormalities of the vascular endothelial function has benn well established. It is characterized by an increase in response iveness to specific vasoconstrictor agents and a marked attenuation of endothelium-dependent vasodilation. The decreased vasodilation may contribute significantly to the occurrence of vasospasm at an early stage of atherosclerotic disease. The risk factors of atherosclerosis, such as hyperlipidemia, hypertension, diabetes. hyperhomocystinemia etc .have been shown to be associated with impaired endothelium-dependent vasodilation.
