摘要
针对侧板扣件弹片冲裁、弯曲和起伏多道工序复合的结构特点,分析了冲压工艺性,确定了级进模冲压生产的工艺方案。比较了直排和斜排2种排样形式,设计了合理的排样方案,提高了材料利用率。为了配合企业压力机闭合高度,设计了可靠的模具结构,应用了精确的导向装置和支撑结构、螺钉与弹簧分离的卸料装置以及精确的定位装置,保证了模具工作的稳定性和可靠性。同时,工作零件设计时充分考虑了企业线切割加工的优势,优化凸模和凹模结构,提高了生产效率。
The manufacturing process for shrapnel side fastener is a complex process including punching,bending,rolling and complex multi-step process.In this article,the design of progressive die for the part is analyzed.By comparing the vertical layout and the tilt layout,one reasonable layout is designed.By applying it,the material utilization rate is improved.Considering the shut height of the press,reliable mold structure is designed with the application of a precise orientation device,supporting structure,screws with separating spring discharging device and precise positioning device,which make the mold stable and reliable.In order to improve production efficiency,the structures of the punch and the die are designed catering for wire cutting.
