摘要
研究了弯曲件的新模具与工艺,详细介绍新模具在“V”形、“U”形、“”形件弯曲成形过程中的工作原理,通过实验得出了新模具与工艺的有关参数;它与常规的弯曲工艺及模具相比,具有明显的技术经济优越性。
Has carried out a research into the new technology and new mould in bending and winding steel board, and given a detailed description about mould＇s working principles in ＂V＂ typo ＂U＂ type and ＂ ＂ type bending and shaping process. Some related parameters have been obtained in the experiments. Comparing with the conventional technology and moulds, the new ones have its own evident superiority.
