摘要
目的观察蜂针疗法联合西药治疗癌症疼痛的临床疗效。方法将患者60例随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用WHO推荐的三阶梯止痛药物治疗,10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。治疗组加用蜂针疗法,每日治疗1次,10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效,疼痛强度分级按数字疼痛强度分级法(NRS)标准评定并观察毒副作用。结果治疗组完全缓解14例,总有效29例;对照组完全缓解5例,总有效27例。治疗组总有效率及疼痛完全缓解率均高于对照组(P<0.05),止痛起效时间快于对照组(P<0.05),止痛持续时间长于对照组(P<0.01),而不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蜂针疗法与西药联合应用能加强其止痛效果,并减轻毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bee needling therapy combined with western medicine on cancer pain.Methods The 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.All the patients treated with three step analgesic medication recommended by WHO,but added the bee needling in treatment group,1 time a day,10 days a treatment course.After three courses,the curative effect was measured and the side effect evaluated with pain intensity rate by the Numeric Rating S cale for Expressing Pain（NRS） of grading standards.Results In treatment group,the pain symptoms in 14 patients were eliminated completely and the total effective rate were 29,and in control group,5 patients and 27,differences between the two groups were significant（P0.05）;compared with control group,the starting analgesic in treatment group was faster（P 0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions lower（P0.05）.Conclusion Bee needling therapy combined with western medicine can enhance analgesic effect and reduce side effect.
