摘要
目的观察七味白术散治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃虚弱证的临床疗效。方法将60例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,在运用黄连素的基础上,治疗组加用七味白术散加减,疗程为4周,治疗前后各行1次主要症状评分。结果两组的临床症状均得到改善,治疗组总有效率达100%;对照组总有效率为70.00%,两组比较,具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论七味白术散能明显改善腹泻型肠易激综合征脾胃虚弱证的临床症状。
Objective To observe the effect of modified Qiwei Baizhu powder on irritable bowel diarrhea syndrome with weakened spleen and stomach.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 patients in treatment group and 30 in control group.Based on therapy of Berberine,the patients in treatment group were given modified Qiwei Baizhupowder,4 weeks a treatment course.The major symptoms score before and after treatment was made.Results The clinical symptoms were improved in two groups.The total effective rate was 100% in treatment group and 70.00% in control group（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion The modified Qiwei Baizhu powder can improve sinnificantly the clinical symptoms of the weakened spleen and stomach of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome.
