摘要
目的观察通脉调脂丸治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将140例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例,治疗组服用自拟通脉调脂丸治疗,对照组服用洛伐他丁治疗;两组均2个月为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后,分析两组患者总疗效、治疗前后血脂的变化及临床症状的改善情况等。结果治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为76.5%,两组总疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C指标在治疗后的组内、组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);中医证候疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通脉调脂丸是治疗高脂血症气滞血瘀、痰浊阻遏证的有效方药,且能起到预防保健作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Tongmai Tiaozhi pills on hyperlipemia.Methods 140 patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups,70 patients in treatment group treated with Tongmai Tiaozhi pills 70 with Lovastatin,two months in one course of treatment.After one course,the total efficiency,the changes of lipemia before and sfter treatment and clinical symptoms were compared.To observe the total effect of two groups of patients and the changes of indexes of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C,including the Chinese medicine practitioners in clinical symptoms of menopause improve the situation and etc.Results The total efficiency was 90% in treatment group and 76.5% in control group（P﹤0.05）,the differences of indexes TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C between two groups or in one group after the treatment were significant（P0.01 or P0.05）,there also existed the differences in analysis of TCM syndromes betweenthe two（P0.05）.Conclusion Tong-mai Tiaozhi pills is effective for hyperlipidemia in Qi stagnation and sputum evidence type,and play a role in prevention and health care.
