摘要
建立了麝香保心丸、心宝丸、心丹和克癀胶囊等４ 种中成药中微量麝香酮的毛细管气相色谱测定法。样品采用Ｓｅｐ－Ｐａｋ 硅胶微柱净化处理。麝香酮的进样量在０．００４２２～０．４２２ μｇ 范围内峰面积与进样量的相关系数ｒ 为０．９９９７。４ 种中成药的回收率分别为９８．８％ 、９７．７％ 、９８．６％ 和１０１．８％ 。
A capillary gas chromatography was established for the determination of muscone in four species of Chinese patent medicines. The samples were purified by Sep Pak silica gel cartridges. The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.00422～0.422 μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The average recoveries of ShexiangBaoxin pills, XinBao pills, XinDan pills and KeHuang capsules were 98.8%, 97.7%, 98.6% and 101.8 %, respectively.
