摘要
建立了测定刺梨果实中芦丁含量的高效液相色谱方法。刺梨粉用乙醇超声提取,提取液过滤后通过旋转蒸发仪浓缩,浓缩液离心后取上清液,过0.45μm滤膜后用流动相稀释,进行反相色谱测定。本方法线性范围为0.1~200μg/ml,线性相关系数R2=0.9988。
A method for determining rufin in Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. The powder of Rosa roxburghii Tratt fruit was extracted with ethanol under the assistance of ultrasonic, and the mtin extract was filtrated, concentrated by a rotary evaporator and centrifuged. The supematant was filtered through a 0.45μm filter membrane, diluted with mobile phase, and analyzed by reversed-phase liquid chromatography. The linear range of this method was 0.1 to 200 μg/ml, and the determination coefficient was 0.9988. The precision RSD was 2.10% (n = 5). The average spike recovery of rutin was 94.21%, and the RSD was 2.34%.
