摘要
针对目前水轮机状态监测系统存在的不足,提出基于LabVIEW平台设计并开发水轮机状态监测与诊断系统;分析并确定了最能反映水轮机运行状态的测量参数,建立了该系统的总体结构,研究了各模块的功能及技术实现。该系统在某水电厂的运行结果表明,它能够及时直观地反映水轮机状态及其运行趋势,为现场人员提供重要的技术参考。
In view of the shortcomings of existing monitoring system,a new turbine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW platform was developed.The overall framework of the new system was established and the function and technical realization of each module was carried out.The application of the system in a hydropower plant has shown that it can directly reflect the operation state and trend of turbine.
