摘要
采用模糊统计法推求汛期流域水文特征值经验隶属函数,并运用参数法拟合经验隶属函数,综合确定闽江上游南平市的汛期分期,前汛期为4月1日至5月10日,主汛期为5月11日至6月30日,后汛期为7月1日至9月30日。结果表明,模糊集合分析法可用于揭示南平市暴雨洪水发生的季节特性和分期规律,从而为汛期防汛指挥调度提供科学依据。
The experiential membership function of hydrological characteristic value in flood season is calculated by the fuzzy statistic method and is fitted with the parameter method for the identification of flood stage in Nanping City.The flood season in Nanping can be divided into three stages： pre-flood period is from April 1 to May 10,the main flood period of May 11 to June 30,and the post-flood season of July 1 to September 30.The results provides a scientific basis for flood control.
