摘要
运用成因分析、概率统计分析、模糊集分析的手段系统地对我国北方流域水库汛期进行了科学描述，提出了确定汛期隶属函数的方法和步骤，并列举了红山水库的运用实例．
This Paper presents a method which synthesizes the cause analysis,the probability analysis and the fuzzy sets analysis to describe the flood season of reservoir in the northern basins in China.As a result,how to determine the membership functions of flood season is developed in details. And a case study is given in the end.
