摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国社会关系的矛盾逐渐显露,国有企业劳动关系日趋复杂化。构建和谐劳动关系,是落实科学发展观,推进企业和谐、社会稳定的必然要求。工会要以民主协商、民主管理、公开透明的管理方式推进和谐劳动关系的建立。
Along with the rapid socio-economic development of China,the contradictions of our social relationships emerged gradually.Labor relations become increasingly complex in SOEs.To build up harmonious labor relations is the inevitable requirement of implementing the concept of scientific development,enhancing harmonious enterprises and social stability.Trade unions should promote harmonious labor relations through democratic consultation,democratic management,open and transparent management style.
