摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国社会关系的矛盾逐渐显露,国有企业劳动关系日趋复杂化。构建和谐劳动关系,是落实科学发展观,推进企业和谐、社会稳定的必然要求。工会要以民主协商、民主管理、公开透明的管理方式推进和谐劳动关系的建立。
With the rapid development of society and economy,the problems of social relationships have become gradually apparent,and the labor relation in state-owned enterprises is becoming ever more complicated.In order to implement the Scientific Development Outlook and promote the harmony in an enterprise,it is necessary to establish the harmonious labor relation.And the principle of democratic consultation,democratic management and openness and transparency must be adhered to in the course of establishing harmonious labor relation.
