摘要
目的:观察血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在不完全川崎病患儿血浆中的变化,探讨其在不完全川崎病诊断中的价值。方法:选取不完全川崎病患儿30例和川崎病患儿28例,采用固相酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测其治疗前和治疗后血浆VEGF水平,并检测23例正常对照组患儿血浆VEGF水平,进行两两比较,同时对川崎病患儿急性期行心脏彩超检查。结果:不完全川崎病组血浆VEGF水平在治疗前后均显著高于典型川崎病组,不完全川崎病和川崎病组血浆VEGF均在治疗前后显著高于正常对照组。川崎病合并冠脉损害组血浆VEGF水平明显高于无冠脉损害组。结论:VEGF可能参与不完全川崎病发病过程,对不完全川崎病的早期诊断及治疗有一定的指导意义。
Objective：To observe the changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）in children with incomplete Kawasaki disease（KD）,and to study its clinic value in the diagnosis of incomplete KD.Methods：Plasma VEGF level of the 30children with incomplete KD and 28 children with typical KD was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）before and after treatment.The VEGF level of the 23healthy children was detected by the same method and then made a mutual comparison.Meanwhile ultrasonographic examination was made in KD children.Results：The plasma VEGF levels of the incomplete KD group were significantly higher than in KD group,while both in incomplete KD group and KD group were significantly higher than in control group before and after treatment.The plasma VEGF level of the KD with coronary artery damage was higher than that in KD without.Conclusion：VEGF might be involved in the pathogenesis of the incomplete KD and it could provide the guidance to the early diagnosis and treatment for the incomplete KD.
