硼替佐米治疗肝细胞癌的分子机制

摘要 0引言 肝细胞癌（hepatocelluar carcinoma,HCC）是我国一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,其占原发性肝癌的90%,发病率仅次于胃癌和食管癌。目前治疗首选方法是手术切除,但术后的复发和转移率高,特别是肝内复发率高是制约肝癌疗效进一步提高的最重要因素之一。HCC对放疗并不敏感,对化疗的反应性也欠佳,其对化疗药物容易产生多药耐性（Multidrug resistance,MDR）而降低治疗效果。
