三维CT在射频温控热凝治疗三叉神经痛中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 三叉神经痛(trigeminalneuralgia,TN)是最常见的面部疼痛综合征,临床表现为突发性反复发作的针刺样剧烈面部疼痛,患者临床表现非常痛苦。射频温控热凝毁损是当前治疗原发性三叉神经痛较为有效的方法之一,该项治疗技术的关键在于准确的卵圆孔定位及穿刺。以听一眶上线为基线的三维CT薄层扫描可以更清楚地反映卵圆孔与颅底其余结构的解剖关系,
