摘要
目的:比较恒速调节器和普通轮夹式输液调节器用于小儿实体肿瘤化疗中控制静脉输液流速的恒定性和精确性,以提高肿瘤患儿静脉输入化疗药物的安全性。方法:我科自2009年4月~2010年1月收治198例恶性实体肿瘤患儿。每例患儿静脉化疗时单日使用恒速调节器控制流速,双日使用轮夹式普通输液调节器控制流速。穿刺部位均在患儿手背静脉网向心穿刺,根据医嘱所用药物的性能、剂量、时间调节每小时输入速度,观察输液时间和局部并发症。结果:两种输液方式输入的药物浓度、血管状况无显著性差异(P〉0.05),但恒速调节器控制流速无需考虑患儿体位及药袋/瓶内药液的高度,不会随药袋/药瓶中的液面下降而减小流速,也不会随病人的活动而流速变化过大。结论:恒速调节器流量刻度精确,流速稳定,流量恒定,提高了肿瘤患儿静脉输入化疗药物的安全性和有效性。
Objective:To compare the velocity and accuracy of constant speed infusion flow regulator and common round clip-general infusion flow regulator to improve drug safety of intravenous chemotherapy in children with solid tumors. Methods:From April 2009 to January 2010,198 patients with pediatric solid tumors were transfused with constant speed regulator control flow in single day and common round clip-general infusion flow regulator control in double day. Puncture site was in the back of the hand venous network in children. The input speed per hour was adjusted according to doctor's advice about the functioning,dosage,and timing. The infusion time and the local complications were observed. Results:The drug concentrations and vascular status were not significantly different in two kinds of infusion methods (P0.05). However,constant speed regulator controled flow no matter the change of position and activity of the patients and liquid scale in bottle.Conclusion:Constant speed infusion flow regulator has many advantages including accuracy scale flow, velocity stability and flow rate constant. It increases the intravenous chemotherapy drug safety and effectiveness in children with pediatric solid tumors.
