摘要
阐述了影响静脉输液的变化因素,如输液系数变更的影响因素,液体静压对输液速度的影响,体位变化的影响,液体与穿刺点的垂直高度的影响;提出动态观察与调节静脉输液的必要性,并介绍了一种为动态、连续性观察输液全过程而设计的行之有效的输液观察记录卡。
Intravenous transfusion is an important part in nursing work. It is a new demand for the present-day nurses to grasp the relative skills of intravenous transfusion accurately and scientifically. This article expounds some changeable factors which can effect intravenous transfusion： such as the change of transfusion coefficient and its effecting factors, the effect to intravenous transfusion of solution pressure, and how the change of body posture and the height between solution surface and puncture point effect intravenous transfusion. We raise the necessity of dynamic observation and regulation of intravenous transfusion, and we also introduce an intravenous transfusion-observation card for clinic, which is designed to observe intravenous transfusion dynamically.
