摘要
目的分析寿县居民主要死亡原因,为政府制定卫生规划和疾病预防控制策略提供依据。方法收集2008年寿县居民死亡及人口监测资料。按国际疾病分类法ICD-10标准进行分类。用2000年全国人口构成进行标化率计算,进一步计算各种死亡疾病的减寿率。结果2008年寿县居民前5位死因为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、损伤中毒及消化系统疾病,死亡率分别为212.62/10万、123.17/10万、70.26/10万、54.61/10万、10.33/10万。恶性肿瘤死亡率男性显著高于女性,男女恶性肿瘤死亡均以胃癌为最高。减寿分析表明,损伤中毒、恶性肿瘤及循环系统疾病是影响寿县居民寿命上升的3大主要疾病。结论慢性非传染性疾病、损伤中毒已经成为严重影响寿县居民健康的主要疾病,应进一步加强预防控制工作。
Objective To analyze the leading death cause of sesidents,and provide a scientific basis for the government to make the strategies for health planning and disease control and prevention.Methods The death monitoring data of Shouxian in 2008 were collected and classified according to the criteria of dyslexia in the ICD-10.The demographic data of Shouxian in 2008 was also collected and standardized according to the population composition of nationwide census in 2000.The potential years of life lost（PYLL） of various diseases were further calculated.Results The sequence of top five death causes of residents in Shouxian in 2008 was circulatory system disease,tumors,respiratory system disease,accident and poisoning and digestive system disease.The mortality was 212.62/lakh,123.17/lakh,70.26/lakh,54.61/lakh,and 10.33/lakh respectively.Cancer mortality was significantly higher in males than that in females,and among males or females,the first death causation was gastric cancer.According to the analysis,the major three causes of death in Shouxian were accident and poisoning,tumors and circulatory system disease.Conclusion Non-communicable chronic diseases and accident and poisoning had become the major disease which seriously hazarded sesidents human health in Shouxian.The prevention and control of these diseases should be further strengthened.
