摘要
以15日龄公雏为试验对象,利用TECHNICONRA-1000SYSTEM血液生化分析仪,研究了鸡在人工感染E.maxima(42000个孢子化卵囊/只)后3、5、7、9、11天时其血清中葡萄糖、谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、淀粉酶、尿酸、总蛋白、白蛋白、钙和镁的变化。结果表明:E.maxima感染鸡后可使其血清谷丙转氨酶活性升高,血清白蛋白含量和碱性磷酸酶活性则明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。尿酸浓度在感染中期降低,晚期升高(P<0.05)。其它各项指标虽有不同程度的升高和降低,但与对照组相比无差异。
Sixty young chickens were used to investigate the effects of E.maxima on serum components of activities of ALT、AST、ALP、LD、AMS and concentration of Glu、UA、T PROT、ALB、Ca and Mg.The biochemical indexes were measured with TECHNICON RA-1000 SYSTEM. The results are as follow:Serum ALT level were increased significantly post inoculation of E.maxima .Serum ALB and ALP level were decreased significantly post inoculation of E.maxima (P<0 05 or P<0 01).UA concentration was decreased post inoculation E.maxima in the middle stage and increased significantly in the later stage.
