摘要
日本血吸虫病诊断仪是一种便携的日本血吸虫病早期的诊断仪器。它将基于石英晶体振荡器的质量检测技术的压电免疫传感器应用于日本血吸虫病的病情检测,在此基础上设计了压电免疫传感器振荡电路。基于DSP的信号处理系统对压电免疫传感器的频率响应信号进行检测和分析,提取压电免疫传感器输出的特征信号并与阈值作比较,从而实现早期日本血吸虫病诊断。实验表明:日本血吸虫病诊断仪可以对日本血吸虫病做出定性诊断,其识别率≥92.1%。
Schistosomiasis japonica diagnostic apparatus is a portable instrument for diagnosing schistosomiasis japonica early.Piezoelectric immunosensor based on detecting is used in schistosomiasis japonica diagnostic,an oscillatory circuit is designed to piezoelectric sensor.The characteristics of the signal that the sensor output by detecting and analyzing the sensor's frequency response is extracted,so early schistosomiasis japonica diagnosis are achieved.Experimental results show that this diagnostic apparatus can achieve to make the qualitative diagnosis of schistosomiasis japonica,and the recognition rate is not less than 92.1%.
