摘要
文章采用层次分析法与评分法相结合的方法对涞源县矿山地质环境影响严重程度进行定性定量分析,并详细论述了AHP法确定评价因子权重系数的计算过程,得到了科学合理的评价结果,为涞源县部署矿山地质环境保护与治理恢复工作提供了决策支持。
Mining geology environment of Laiyuan county is a complex system containing various factors which are difficulty to accurately calculate, and a large number of qualitative factors and quantitative factors are intertwined. Meanwhile, the factors are mutual constraints and interrelated. Evaluation on this kind of complex system will result in the net result of evaluation which is not accurate, objective and true if we only depend on the experience and the subjective judgment to qualitative evaluate, which lacks the science and has much randomness. This paper takes qualitative and quantitative analyses on the mining geology environment of Laiyuan county combining the AHP method with assign mark method, and detailed discourses the computational process how to determine the weight coefficient of the evaluation factors. At last the paper obtains a scientific and reasonable evaluation result which provides the decision support for the government of Laiyuan county to deploy the project about the treatment and recovery of mining geology environment.
