手术治疗Pilon骨折并发腓骨骨折临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨Pilon骨折并发腓骨骨折的手术治疗效果。方法回顾分析25例患者临床资料。结果腓骨外侧手术切口长0.5～0.7cm;术中出血2～4ml;平均手术时间15min。术后随访6～24个月,术后2～3个月患者症状基本缓解并下床活动;腓骨骨折全部获得骨性愈合,时间4～10个月。本组无伤口感染、皮肤坏死的病例,未出现骨不连、骨折愈合延迟病例。按照Johner-Wruhs评价标准,本组25例中,优13例,良10例,中2例。结论应用TEN弹性髓内钉治疗Pi-lon骨折并发腓骨骨折手术安全可靠,无并发症发生,效果满意。
