有限切开踝关节面内固定结合植骨治疗Pilon骨折 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨有限切开踝关节面内固定加植骨(NOJ)治疗Pilon骨折较传统术式(OJ)的优越性。方法收治Pilon骨折34例,行NOJ治疗19例,传统术式组15例,比较2种方法在手术时间、切口长度、出血量、止血带时间、术后肿胀时间、术后AOFAS评分方面的差异。结果平均随访15个月,两组上述指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NOJ组术式优于OJ组。结论采用NOJ术式治疗Pilon骨折,具有操作简单、安全、手术时间短、创伤小、骨折愈合率高、功能恢复好等优点,疗效优于OJ术式。
