摘要 针对柴油机是不确定性复杂系统的特点,提出一种新的带自调整因子的模糊PI控制算法,这种算法可以自动优化调整模糊控制规则,实现了模糊控制的智能化。将其用于柴油机的转速和负荷控制,运行结果表明这种算法是可行的和有效的,改善了测试过程的静态和动态性能,具有很好的鲁棒性,获得了满意的测控效果。文中还介绍了测试台的硬件组成和软件设计。 In the course of the performance test on diesel engine, it needs keeping the stabilization of rotating speed and load. In view of that a diesel engine belongs to a instable and complex system, the author developed a new fuzzy PI control algorithm of selfadjustment factor. This algorithm can automatically optimize and adjust fuzzy control rules, and achieves the intelligence of fuzzy control. By the algorithm used for controlling rotating speed and load on diesel engine, the result shows that the algorithm is feasible and effective. It improves the dynamic and static performance of test course, and has good robustness. The system gives satisfactory control result. This paper also developed the hardware and software of the tester. The designed construction of this desk is rational as a whole, and the performance is excellent. The system operates stably and reliably.
