Multimode variable pitch control design for wind turbine system

摘要 风速的随机性、不稳定性会使风力发电机组在多模式状态下运行,针对这一问题提出了一种基于多模控制系统的变桨距控制方法.在系统切入初期采用P控制器,以缩短相应时间;大误差范围内运用模糊控制器,从而减少系统超调;零误差范围内切换到PI控制器,以降低稳态误差.在建立变桨距风力发电机组的动态模型、分析机组工作特性和变桨距控制要求的基础上,运用Simulink对该控制方法下的并网前转速、并网后功率进行仿真验证,结果表明,多模控制系统与相应的工作模式相匹配,具有很好的响应特性和抗扰能力,其控制效果优于传统的PI控制. For the randomicity and instability of wind speed and multimode operation of wind turbines, a variable pitch control method was proposed based on the multimode control system. To save time, P controller was used in the initial cut-in period of the system. To reduce overshoot of the system, fuzzy controller was applied in the large error range. To decrease steady-state error in the range of zero error, PI controller was put into work. Through establishing the dynamic model of variable pitch wind turbine and analyzing the operation characteristic and control requirement, the rotor speed pre-grid connecting and power post-grid connecting were simulated and verified by Simulink. The results show that the multimode control system can match with its corresponding operation mode, possess good response characteristic and interference resistance and give the better control effect compared with the traditional PI control.
