摘要
我国食品安全事故的接连发生引发了对食品安全监管问题的思考,《食品安全法》的实施为改善我国食品安全监管指明了方向。本文对《食品安全法》实施前后我国的监管状况进行了相关的阐述,综述了新法实施后仍然存在的问题,针对现存的问题提出了相应的对策,对于进一步完善《食品安全法》、改善食品安全监管问题有借鉴意义。
The happening of successional accident of food safety initiated the thinking a- bout the problems of supervising food safety in our country, The administration of Food Safety law directed the way for ameliorating the supervision of food safety. This article made a related statement about supervisory situation before and after the administration of Food Safety law and summarized the existing problems after the administration of new law. Then corresponding measures which had the referential meanings for perfecting Food Safety law further and ameliorating the problems of supervising food safety were offered for resolving the existing problems.
