摘要 在综合分析国内食品安全形势和食品卫生事业管理制度的基础上,探讨食品安全的社会性内涵和新时期食品安全与卫生教育的社会需求,提出现代科技支撑下面向社会的创新教学模式和富有社会性的立体控制建设体系。良好的社会宣教可有效促进食品安全事业的可持续发展,而立体控制制度是新形势下保证食品安全的重要实践环节,体现了科学发展的社会性。 This paper mainly evaluates the situation and system of food safety and hygiene in China, the connotation of food safety and social education requirements. Creative education mode and solid control system supported by the modem science and technology was is presented in this study. The new education mode will improve eontinuable development of sanitation enterprise, and the solid control management system materialize the sociality of science development. It is the important practice to ensure the food safety in new period.
