摘要
伴随着数字档案馆建设实践的深入开展,档案信息技术外包开始应用于我国数字档案馆的建设之中,这种现象存在着一定的合理性和可行性,但也不容忽视其中存在的一些潜在风险。本文基于我国数字档案馆建设中信息技术外包的现状,从档案部门本身、中介机构、外包项目实施三个方面分析了其潜在风险,并提出了相应的应对措施。
With the development of digital archives,information technology outsourcing have applied to the constructing of it in China.It is rational and feasible in some aspects to some extent,but it remains some questions.Based on the state of information technology outsourcing,the thesis analyses both the potential risk in the department of archives and the intermediary agency,and the effort of the project,and related solutions have been set forth.
