摘要
结肠癌是我国消化系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁着人类的健康。由于结肠炎症反复发作,迁延不愈,癌变风险不断升高,25年以上病程癌变率高达40%。慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎伴上皮内瘤变由于其较易转化为癌组织所以被称为结肠癌前病变。因此,对结肠炎相关性结肠癌前病变的研究和关注成为近年来结肠癌二级预防的热点。本文从中医病名溯源、病因病机、治疗和现代医学在结肠炎相关性结肠癌前病变发病机制与治疗等方面进行了综述,并对中医药预防和治疗本病存在的问题和前景进行了展望。
Colonic carcinoma is one of common malignant tumors of digestive system in our country and it is threatening human health severely.Due to repeated outbreak and protracted course of disease,the risk of cancerization of colitis is increasing and 40% colitis cases with more than 25 years disease course produce cancerization.Chronic non-specific ulcerative colitis with intraepithelial neoplasia change is prone to turning to carcinoma,so it＇s called precancerosis of colonic carcinoma.Therefore,the research and attention to colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma become the hotspot for secondary prevention in recently years.This article summarize the source of disease,pathogeny,pathogenesis,treatment in TCM and the mechanism,therapy of colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma in modern medicine,prospect the existing problems and development in the prevence and treatment to colitis-related precancerosis of colonic carcinoma in TCM.
