摘要
医学培训是农村医药人才培养的重要途径之一。现阶段,大部分乡村医生已经完成了基础的学历教育,但是在进一步的医学培训中,却存在自律学习意识差、培训内容缺乏针对性等问题。针对这些问题提出解决思路与对策,为我国农村卫生人力资源开发、培养提供有利条件,为提高全民身体素质和健康做出贡献。
Medical training is one of the most improtant mathods for rural medical human resource development.Nowadays,most of the rural doctors have finished basical education,however,in the further medical training,.they are facint with some probloms,including,poor consciousness of study,disadvantages in meidical training contents,and so on.Come up with solutions and making full use of conditions available to cultivate rural doctors is an essential step to contribute to the quality and health of citizens.
