摘要
目的:首次建立小叶菝葜药材总皂苷的含量测定方法。方法:选用薯蓣皂苷元作为对照品,采用比色法,高氯酸显色,于407nm处测定吸光度。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.025-0.125mg范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999,n=5),样品回收率99.2%,RSD=2.88%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作简便、易行,可用于小叶菝葜药材总皂苷含量测定。
Purpose:To establish a method for determination the content of total saponins in Smilax microphylla C.H.Wright.Methods:Selecting diosgenin as control referance,the colorimetry was used,colorating with perchloric acid,determining absorbability in the point of 407nm.Result:the linear range of dioscin was 0.025-0.125 mg(r = 0.999 9,n = 5),the average recovery of the sample was 99.2% with RSD = 2.88%(n = 9).Conclusion:The method was simple and easy.It can be used for determination the content of total saponins in medicine Smilax microphylla.
