摘要
对5种工艺体系进行了离心传质机离心强化传质的实验研究。结果表明在旋转填料床内相间传质的平均传质单元高度为0.010~0.030m,与传统填料床相比,其传质性能强化了1~2个数量级,而且旋转填料床内的相间传质可以在更接近平衡的条件下完成。
Experimental research on centrifugal intensified mass transfer for centrifugal mass transfer machine in five processes is reported. The result shows that the average height of a transfer unit (HTU) is 0.010~0.030 m of rotating packed beds between phases. Compared with traditional packed beds, their mass transfer property increases 1~2 order magnitude, moreover, the mass transfer between phases in rotating packed beds can be complished in such conditions that reach the equilibrium more closely.
