摘要
儿童下肢旋转轴线发育异常在临床上比较常见,各种因素引起的下肢旋转轴线发育异常作用机制不一,临床表现各异,而结果也不尽相同。通过分析引起下肢轴线发育异常的各种因素及作用机制,了解该领域相关研究进展,使临床医师对下肢旋转轴线异常的原因有一个系统的了解,从而避免过度或错误的治疗。
Lower - extremity deformities are common in children, and the mechanism of action is different in every factor resulting in lower limb abnormalities, the clinical manifestations and the results were also different. By analyzing the related factors of lower limb abnormali- ties and the mechanism of action,the study progress in the domain was reviewed for clinicians to have a systematic understanding of lower limb rotation axis of abnormalities, thus to avoid excessive or wrong treatment.
