摘要
为了无创、准确测量股骨前倾角,设计应用切面超声结合立体几何计算推算出前倾角。使用该方法测量7例死亡胎儿的14例股骨的前倾角并与解剖测量值相对照。结果显示,应用超声测量的前倾角为37°±9.7°,与解剖所测相应值(36°±9.9°)无明显差异(P值>0.05)。本方法考虑了颈干角对超声测量前倾角的影响,较以往的超声测量法在理论上更准确,在矫形外科领域有重要的应用价值。
in order to measure the femoral neck anteversion(FNA) accurately and noninvasiviy, a new method was put forward to determine FNA by B-mode ultrasound combined with solid geometrical calculation 14 FNA of 7 dead feta were measured by this method and compared with anatomic data. The FNA thus deteremined was 37±9. 7°, and the corresponding anatomic data was 36±9. 9°, their difference was not significant(P>0. 05). The method has considered the effect of neck shaft angle on the measurment of FNA and is more acurate than previous ultrasound method theoretically and has great practical value in the field of orthopedics.
