摘要
从分子解离状态变化的观点,分析了滴加,调节溶液pH对L-Asp溶解度的影响,研究了晶种的加入量和H2SO4的滴加速度对L-Asp结晶动力学的影响,确定了间歇冷却操作曲线。
Effect of variation of pH by adding H\-2SO\-4 on the solubility of LAsp was analyzed using the view of the transformation of molecular structure. Effects of the mass of seeds and feeding rate of H\-2SO\-4 on the LAsp crystallization kinetics were studied. And the cooling curve was determined.\=
