摘要
报道了用镉试剂2B改性的硅胶(Cadion2B-SG)来富集水体中的痕量镉的各种条件。结果表明,在pH=6的条件下,Cd2+能被Cadion2B-SG定量吸附,其净吸附量为7.9μmolg-1,吸附的Cd2+可被0.1molL-1的HCl洗脱。据此,建立了Cadion2B-SG柱富集、胶束增溶分光光度法测定镉的方法,并对废水中的镉进行了测定,结果令人满意。
Nitronaphthalenedizoaminoazobenzene(Cadion 2B)on silica gel is used for rapid enrichment of gL-1 level of Cadmium()from aqueous solution,followed by spectrophotometric detemination. Cadmium()was quantitatively retained on the Cadion 2BSG from solution at pH=6 after shaking over 30 minutes.The net absorption capacity of the Cadion 2B on SG is 7.9mol Cd2+g-1.Cadmium retained on the Cadion 2BSG column was completely eluted with 10 mL solution of 0.1 molL-1HCl. Based on these, a spectrophotometric method for determination of cadmium in water is developed. The Cadmium concentration in water is shown to be gL-1 level.
