摘要
建立了以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为增敏剂,高碘酸钾氧化茜素绿催化光度法测定痕量锰的新方法。由于添加了增敏剂,灵敏度提高31倍。方法的检出限为0.34ng/mL,相对标准偏差为0.76%(n=11),线性范围为2~18ng/mL,可用于水样、茶叶中锰的测定。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric
method for the determination of trace amount of Mn() has been developed. The method is based
on the oxidation of alizarin green (AG) by potassium periodate using cationic surfactant of cetyl
trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) as an enhancing agent. The catalysis of CTMAB was
used for the kinetic spectrophotometric determination of Mn() over the range 2 ̄18ng/mL. The
detection limit is 0.34ng/mL, the relative standard deviation for 12ng/mL of Mn() is 0.76%(n=11),
and the sensitivity is increased by 31 times than that in the absence of the surfactant. The
method can be used for the determination of Mn() in water and tea sample with satisfactory
results.
