摘要
以Co(Ⅱ)和敌鼠配合物为模板,4-乙烯吡啶为功能基单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用分子印迹技术,合成了具有类似于金属螯合抗体结合位点的金属配位模板聚合物。系统研究了金属离子对模板聚合物选择性结合敌鼠的调节作用。平衡结合实验结果表明,与化学组成相同的两种对比聚合物比较,乙酸钴(Ⅱ)在最佳浓度下可显著地提高模板聚合物对敌鼠的选择性识别能力。可望在环境、医学等研究领域获得实际应用。
Using cobalt()diphenadione complex as template, 4vinylpyridine as the functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the crosslinking monomer, a new kind of metalcomplexing template polymer which has the binding sites analous to metalchelate antibody was prepared by molecular imprinting technique.Its characteristics of specificially and selectively binding to diphenadione by matal ion mediated recognition in the polymer was studied in detail.The results of equilibrium binding experiments showed that the selective recognition of diphenadione by the polymer was distinctly enhanced at the optimum concentration of cobalt() acetate, as compared with the two control polymers with the same chemical composition as it. It is possible to be used in the enviromental and medical studies.
