摘要
莰烯在对甲苯磺酸等催化下与炔丙醇、2炔丁醇、3三甲基硅基炔丙醇反应,分别制得冰片基炔丙基醚、冰片基2炔丁基醚和冰片基(3三甲基硅基)炔丙基醚,产率63%~74%。冰片基炔丙基醚经氢化氯二茂锆〔Cp2Zr(H)Cl〕锆氢化后,与I2反应立体选择性地合成了E型的烯基碘化合物,产率85%
From the reactions of camphene with propargyl alcohol,2butyn1ol and 3trimethyl siliconic propargyl alcohol in the presence of 4methylbenzenesulfonic acid,bornyl propargyl ether(2a),bornyl 2butynyl ether (2b) and bornyl 3trimethyl siliconic propargyl ether(2c) are prepared respectively with corresponding yield 74 %,68 % and 63 %.By hydrozirconation of bornyl propargyl ether (2a),after reacting with iodine,(E)bornyl 3iodine2propenyl ether(3a) is obtained with yield 85 %.The E configuration of 3a is confirmed by the coupling constant (J=15 Hz) of the vicinal protons and the absorption band at 960 cm-1in IR spectrum.
