摘要
以煤油为油相,以Span80与Twen60为复合乳化剂,对AIBN引发丙烯酰胺反相微乳液聚合宏观动力学进行了研究,得到Rp∝[M]1.50[I]0.69[E]1.56,聚合表观活化能为68.8KJ/mol,并且发现聚合过程中出现短暂的恒速期。同时对KPS引发聚合体系亦进行了比较考察。最后对乳胶粒作了初步讨论,发现每个粒子内所含的大分子链数量很少。
The inverse microemulsion polymerization of acrylamide initiated by AIBN in the systems composed of kerosine,Span80-Tween60 and water has been investigated. A short period of constant rate was observed during polymerization. It was indicated from the epperiments that the polymerization kinetics can be expressed as R p ∝ 1.50 0.69 1.56 . And the apparent active energy of such polymerization is 68.8kJ/mol. The polymerization initiated by KPS was also discussed. The numble of polymer chains per particle obtained from this study were far lower than those macroemulsion polymerization.
