摘要
目的:通过对某县人民医院2009年门诊处方用药的合理性分析,以了解该院门诊患者处方用药的基本情况。方法:运用层次分析法,对处方药用药情况进行考察,并结合临床实际,对处方用药的合理性进行分析评价。结论:该院门诊用药基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,同时临床医师与药师应共同加强药学知识的学习,临床医师应加强合理用药,药师应加强处方审核。
Objective：To make the rationality analysis on the prescription medication of a county-level hospital in 2009 to obtain the basic information about out-patients’prescription medication.Method： Adopting AHP to study the situation of the use of prescription medicines,and combined with the clinical practice,to analyze and evaluate the rationality of prescription medication.Conclusion： The clinical medication of this hospital is basically rational,but some problem still exist,the clinicians and pharmacists should strengthen the learning of pharmaceutical knowledge,the clinicians should strengthen rational drug use,and the pharmacists should strengthen the prescription audit.
