摘要
以数字技术为显著特征的信息化时代的到来,推动了图书馆的快速转型。为了适应新形势的需要,图书馆必须突破传统的管理和服务理念,而知识管理则是图书馆一个较好的选择。阐述了转型期图书馆知识管理的主要内容及实施策略。
The approach of information age characterized by digital technology has promoted the transformation of library rapidly.In order to meet the needs of the new situation,the library has to break through traditional concepts of management and service.Knowledge management is undoubtedly a better choice for the library.This paper expounded the main contents of and implementation strategies for knowledge management of the library in the period of transformation.
