摘要
通过３－羟基异噻唑（４）和４－氰基－５－甲硫基－３－羟基异噻唑（５）分别与芳酰基异硫氰酸酯（３）反应，合成标题化合物２－芳甲酰氨基硫羰基－３－异噻唑酮（６ａ＿６ｆ）和４－氰基－５－甲硫基－２－芳甲酰氨基硫羰基－３－异噻唑酮（７ａ＿７ｅ），对此反应及产物的结构特点进行了探讨．对部分化合物进行了杀菌活性测定。
Novel compounds, 2arylamidothioacyl3isothiozolones 6 and 4cyano5methylthio2arylamidothioacyl3isothiozolones 7Z] were synthesized by reacting of 3hydroxyisothiozoles( 4, 5 ) with aryl isothiocyanates 3 . The unique coupling constants of 4H and 5H of isothiazole ring of compounds 6 were discovered and explained according to the coplanarity of isothiazole ring with thioacyl group. The preliminary test of fungicidal activity showed that some of the title compounds possessed promising activity.
