摘要
肝匀浆用少量二甲基甲酰胺浸提,加6%高氯酸稀释,上清液通过GDX301大孔树脂萃取,二氯甲烷洗脱,挥去洗脱液中溶剂,稀酸溶解剩余物,用酸液的二阶导数光谱检测杀鼠剂。采用杀鼠迷和杀鼠灵的检出限分别为1.9μg/g和1.6μg/g,回收率分别为70.7±4.1%和80.3±3.
A simple, rapid method for the
determination of coumatetralyl and warfarin in liver has been developed. In this method, the
liver samples are immersed with small volume of N,N\|dimethylformide and then diluted with
6% perchloric acid.The resultant mixture is filtered and the filterate is passed through columns
of GDX301 or XAD\|2 resin to absorp rodenticides, the resin\|absorbed rodenticides are washed
with water and then eluted with dichloromethane. The eluates are evaporated to dryness at 50
and the residual is dissolved with dilute acid. The second derivative spectra of the solutions
are used for quantitative analysis. The recoveries of coumatetralyl and warfarin spiked in liver
tissues at a level of 20 g/g are 70.74.1%and 80.33.7%(meanCV), respectively. The detection
limits of coumatetralyl and warfarin in liver sample are 1.9 and 1.6ug/g, respectively.\=
