摘要
报道了血中杀鼠迷和杀鼠灵的固相萃取-紫外导数光谱测定方法。萃取使用GDX301树脂吸附,二氯乙烷洗脱。该法操作简便快速,两种杀鼠剂以10mg/L量加于血中,回收率分别为(829±21)%及(910±27)%(x±RSD)。血中两种杀鼠剂的检出限分别为15mg/L和12mg/L。
The determination of Coumatetralyl and Warfarin in blood samples by solid_phase extraction and subsequent UV_derivative spectrophotometry is described. After a blood sample is diluted with water,GDX 301 resin is added for the absorption of rodenticides.The resin_absorbed rodenticide is washed with water to remove impurities.Then the rodenticide is eluted from the resin by 1,2_dichloroethane.The second_derivative spectrum of the eluate is used for quantitative analysis.The method is rapid and simple.The recoveries of the two rodenticides spiked in blood samples at a level of 10 mg·L-1 are (829±21)% and (910±27)%(x±RSD),respectively.The detection limits of the two rodenticides in blood are 15 mg·L-1 and 12 mg·L-1,respectively.
