摘要
为了能够更加全面客观地评价油茶无性系良种,根据油茶无性系良种遗传物质的特点及油茶籽形成过程中的影响因素,对现有无性系良种的鉴定方法加以评析。肯定了当代鉴定的必要性。认为用父本的影响力鉴定代替子代鉴定,对油茶无性系良种的全面考察鉴定将更有意义。并提出了父本影响力鉴定的具体方法。
For the purpose of evaluating more overall and objective the improved varieties of Camellia oleifera clones,according to its genetic features and factors of seeds formation,the identification methods of existing improved varieties of Camellia oleifera clones were evaluated.Contemporary identification was been sure.Paternal identification was more significant than offspring identification,the full study on improved varieties will be more meaningful and the specific methods of paternal identification were put forward.
