摘要
随着人民对健康的重视程度的加强,很多健身项目如健身操、瑜珈、跆拳道成为了热门的健身方式,但具有传统文化精髓的太极拳影响范围却日益缩小,其价值的开发及文化品牌的推广远远不够。通过文献研究,阐述太极拳的文化价值、健身价值、社会价值、产业价值及太极拳文化品牌的树立途径,让更多人了解太极拳价值所在,推广太极拳,树立中国传统体育文化品牌,旨在为太极拳的发展起到促进作用。
As people play more attention on health ,physical fitness items such as aerobic, taekwondo and yoga became popular,but the influence of traditional taijiquan as a cultural essence influence is dwindling,and the value of development and cultural brand promotion are inadequate. The authors of this paper studied the cultural value ,healthy-keeping value and social values,industry and cultural brand of value on Tai Chi to built more about Taijiquan value and promote Tai Chi.
