摘要
太极拳运动在我国已有几百年的发展历史,而当今我国太极拳的发展有多个制约,主要是:普及面不广,普及的阶层差异大;教法落后,缺少高水平的师资队伍;各派缺少交流;竞赛水平不高,影响力不大。太极拳运动发展的对策是:改革太极拳运动的教法,培养高水平的师资队伍;提高竞技水平,扩大太极拳的影响力;促进太极拳走实体化和职业化道路。
Taijiquan has a history of hundreds of years in our country. After making a survey and consulting the literature, this essay intends to point out that the development of Taijiquan has been hindered by the following elements: the low popularization, the differences in popularizing stages, the backward teaching methodology, the lack of high quality teaching stuff and the exchange between different schools, low influence and low level contest. Hence, Taijiquan will have a breakthrough only through the innovation of teaching methodology, improvement in the proficiency of the teaching stuff and the level of contest and the enhancement of its professionalism.
